Non- Convertible Debentures (NCDs)

NCDs are debt instruments used to raise funds by Corporates to meet their requirements.

Apart from advisory for raising funds and introduction of Institutional and large Investors, we serve our client with end to end documentation and procedural service for issuance of NCDs which includes, Due Diligence, Assist the Company in selection of various intermediaries such as Credit Rating Agency, Debenture trustee, Bankers, Registrar to the issue and other agencies, Assist the Company in entering agreement with various agencies, Assist the Company in creation of security for the said NCD, Assist in drafting and finalizing the draft information memorandum and filing with SEBI, Stock Exchange(s) and Registrar of Companies, Liaisoning with Regulatory Authorities and assist the Company in obtaining In-Principle Approval, trading Permission and on all formalities connected with listing and Assist the Company in fulfilling the post-issue formalities.
