The process by which a Listed Company voluntary/compulsory gets removed from the Stock Exchanges is called Delisting. The Promoters of the Company acquires all the shareholding giving an exit to the Public and other Investors of the Company proposed to be delisted. The securities of the company can no longer trade on the stock exchange.
