Scores Portal

In case of any complaint, investors can route the complaint through scores portal which shall be redressed within 21 days by the entity submitting an Action taken report.

Online Dispute Resolution Portal (ODR)

If the investor is unsatisfied with SEBI review on SCORES portal with reasoned closure remarks, the investors can opt ODR if SEBI advices for the same.
